In 2017, Danone unveiled a refreshed logo and its very first company signature: One Planet. One Health. These words reflect our vision that the health of people and the health of the planet are interconnected. It is a call to action for all consumers and everyone who has a stake in food to join the food revolution: a movement aimed at nurturing the adoption of healthier, more sustainable eating and drinking habits.
How can a large stock exchange company be part of the world’s development challenges – framed by the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDG’s)- through a new collaboration dynamic that includes for-profit organizations?
Can large cooperation be part of the solution rather than the problem?
Which key business practice transformations would be necessary to promote solutions?
Can CSR evolve into the emergence of a ‘Socially Responsible Corporation’ (SRC) and ensure that social responsibility is integrated in each of the major value chain activities of the company through a circular, rather than a linear approach?
Those are examples of the questions, Mr Jean-Christophe LAUGEE, Danone Inclusive Economy Advisor, will try to answer during this conference.
