[Conference] Women’s careers in the age of social backlash

Wednesday, March 5th, 2025
1pm – 2:30pm on Zoom
ABSTRACT
You are cordially invited to this online event on “How will women’s careers be impacted by this era of social backlash?”, organized by Maja Korica and Gouri Mohan:
We will be joined by Heejung Chung, Director of the King’s Global Institute for Women’s Leadership and Professor at King’s College London (UK) and Bobbi Thomason, an Associate Professor at the Pepperdine Graziadio Business School (USA), who will be sharing important, timely reflections based on academic research and evidence.
These talks will be followed by an In Conversation discussion with Emma Jacobs, who writes on Work and Careers at the Financial Times, about what she has been seeing internationally with her colleagues on this subject (for a recent FT piece on “The DEI backlash”).

- The event is free to join, but we are asking people to sign up. Link will be shared closer to the time with all those who have signed up.
- Please share with anyone who this might interest and hopefully see you then!
- For any info, please contact Maja Korica and Gouri Mohan.
