We kindly ask you to respect the following schedule
• 1 pm : students and staff gather at the Université Catholique de Lille, 60 boulevard Vauban
• 1 to 2 pm : Preparation for students and professors (official uniform will be provided)
• 1.30 pm : Doors open for guests
• 2 pm : Ceremony begins
Program
• 2 pm : Opening ceremony with Antonio GIANGRECO, Director of Post-Graduate Programs
• 2.30 pm : Speeches by Jean-Philippe AMMEUX, Director of IÉSEG and Mr Francesc CARMONA CARRASQUER, Brand Manager Spain, sponsor MONTBLANC IBERIA
• 3.00 pm : Students are called to the stage (by program)
• 4.00 pm : Free time
• 4.30 pm : Ceremony ends and group photo outside
Cocktail
• 4.45 pm : Cocktail & Photo studio
• 6.30 pm : Departure of buses for Paris-La Défense (arrival time :10 pm). Meeting point in front of the Université Catholique de Lille building
