Prof. Chaen will discuss how the notion of AI and copyright relate, based on the information released by the Japanese Agency for Cultural Affairs in March of this year. A comparison with the Chinese approach will be made by Prof. Chen.

Prof. Yoshida will focus on protection of virtual objects in the virtual space under Japan’s Unfair Competition Prevention Law, which was revised last year.
