A look back at 2nd edition of the IÉSEG Corporate Summer Workshop
On 22 June, IÉSEG hosted the second edition of its Corporate Summer Workshop at its Paris-La Défense campus. Facilitated by Jean-Michel Lobry, Chairman of the Groupe Rossel La Voix’s audiovisual division, 200 managers and executives gathered at the event which centred on the theme “Changemakers for a better society” (which represents the School’s 2025 strategic Vision).
The opening presentation was moderated by Thomas Bouret, Managing Director of Leroy Merlin, on the subject of corporate vision and its role in organizational change and development.
Then, the 9 round table discussions focused on various topics such as innovation, new managerial methods and business transformation, business digitization, artificial intelligence, and responsible marketing.
Each round table was hosted by a professor from IÉSEG and senior managers (ENGIE, Longchamp, La Maison du Chocolat, Trusteam Finance, Sanofi, Groupe Printemps, Michelin, SNCF Réseau, etc.).
The numerous questions and reactions demonstrated participants interest in the different topics. After a networking lunch, all participants were invited to a “micro-siesta” workshop (general presentation and demonstration).
The Corporate Summer Workshop was closed by Michel de Rovira, co-founder of Michel & Augustin, who shared his vision of innovation and change.
