Audrey PARE, Head of Social and Environmental Impact at IÉSEG, joins Top 35 Young Positive Leaders 2025 – Les Echos

This Monday, February 10, Positiv publishes the 4th edition of the TOP 35 young positive leaders, in partnership with Les Echos.

This list highlights 35 young leaders under the age of 35 from a wide range of social and territorial backgrounds, sharing a common goal: to act and propose solutions with a strong social, environmental or societal impact, and to inspire future generations.

This selection aims to put the spotlight on young talents who strive every day to serve the common good. It recognizes 35 inspiring personalities – entrepreneurs, founders of associations, influencers, activists or corporate executives. They were selected according to 4 criteria: their social and/or environmental impact, their societal innovation, their potential for growth and, finally, their leadership.

Audrey PARÉ, Head of Social and Environmental Impact at the School, joins Positiv – Les Echos’ TOP 35 Young Positive Leaders 2025. IÉSEG congratulates Audrey PARÉ on this wonderful recognition. It symbolizes the School’s commitment to sustainability, strongly anchored in its strategy and Vision.

We are very proud that Audrey PARÉ is on this 2025 list. This recognition testifies to her commitment to sustainability and impact at IÉSEG, where she plays a fundamental role in advancing our climate action plan, impact measurement, reporting and steering our overall sustainability strategy. Her ability to work with different teams and different levels of complexity and subject matter brings great value to both our Management Board and the School. She pushes us in the right direction.

Beyond her work at IÉSEG, Audrey is also very involved in various projects and associations. It’s important for us that she can keep combining her commitment on a professional and personal level”, congratulates MARIA CASTILLO, Director of Social and Environmental Impact at IÉSEG.

Being selected as one of Positiv – Les Echos’ 35 Positive Leaders 2025 is a tremendous recognition of my commitment to a fair ecological transition and an inclusive society. At IÉSEG, I have taken concrete action by raising awareness of environmental and social challenges among students and staff through the Transition 2026 program, as well as by building and implementing an ambitious environmental strategy to reduce our carbon impact by 30% by 2030. Supported and motivated by our Executive Board, I have a great deal of freedom of action in the creation of meaningful projects, such as the Impact Corners. I’m convinced that our collective strength can transform higher education and the professional world in the long term,” concludes Audrey PARÉ.

HER CAREER

After living in Vietnam for 5 years, Audrey PARE moved to the Netherlands for her studies. In 2020, she obtained her Bachelor of International Business Administration, then in 2021 her Master of Global Business and Sustainability, both from the Rotterdam School of Management.

It is in the Netherlands that she finds meaning in her actions through the social start-up “sMaak”, which works for the inclusion of refugee women. She is doing her final Master’s internship with Groupe Rocher (2021-2022), helping it to obtain the B Corp certification and implement its CSR policy.

Audrey joined IÉSEG 3 years ago, and currently holds the position of Head of Social and Environmental Impact. At the same time, she is involved with l’Autre Cercle (which works for the inclusion of LGBT+ people in the workplace) where she sits on the Board of Directors as an alumna of Les Pépites Vertes (created in 2020, the structure’s ambition is to enable young talent to get involved in the ecological transition of the working world).
