At IÉSEG School of Management, we want students to confront with the reality of the market place as much as possible. In this matter, in addition to internships, we incent them to work on consulting projects for companies. Your company may thus benefit from consulting services through the Consulting Projects and Company Projects.
Consulting Projects and Company Projects are educational programs in which students (alone or by group) work for 4 to 6 months as consultants on one of your company’s strategic issues. The purpose is to provide your company with a fresh look on your issue as well as to raise innovative ideas to help you deal with it. The project can address matters at a French level or can have an international dimension.
The mission can deal with any business area: Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations Management, IT Management, Audit and Control, International Negotiation, Strategy…
To make sure the Consulting Project or Company Project is run in the right direction according to your needs, IÉSEG Professors supervise the students all along the projects. In addition to the students’ skills, your company will thus also benefit from our Professors’ expertise (in France, IÉSEG is ranked 2nd School of Management right behind HEC regarding management research of its Professors – L’Etudiant nov. 2012). The project manager in your company should also follow up regularly with the students.
Depending on your needs, the project will be held by students from:
- the MSc of the Grande Ecole programme (Consulting Project)
- from the MSc of International Business (Company Project). With various nationalities and educational backgrounds (Bachelor or MSc in Engineering, Management, IT, Chemistry, Law…), those students already have at least 2 years of professional experience.
