Call for papers: 1st IÉSEG Financial Risk Management Conference
On December 9, 2016, IÉSEG will host the 1st IÉSEG Financial Risk Management Conference at its Paris-La Defense campus, in the heart of the financial district of Paris. This one-day international conference aims to be a stimulating academic and social event where researchers in the field of risk management can interact with each other and present their work.
The conference organizers have announced that Christopher J. Neely, from The Federal Reserve Bank – St. Louis, (USA) will be the keynote speaker at the event.
A call for papers has also been published; submissions of unpublished papers, both theoretical/empirical and practice-oriented are welcomed by 15 August 2016. Topics can cover all areas of risk management including (and not limited to) market risk, equity risk, volatility risk, tail risk, systemic/systematic risk, counterparty risk, credit risk, liquidity risk and operational risk. Doctoral students who are at the advanced stage of their dissertations are also invited to present their research to colleagues and experienced scholars attending this conference.
