‘Changemaker Stories’ – the podcast of the changemakers

Podcasts are increasingly consumed in the world, especially since the first lockdown in March 2020. IÉSEG has therefore decided to launch its own podcast series entitled ‘Changemaker Stories’.

Developed by IÉSEG, IÉSEG Network and Echoes – a start-up incubated by IÉSEG – “Changemaker Stories” highlights extraordinary stories from professionals, experts, entrepreneurs, researchers and graduates from IÉSEG working to transform our society and make it a better one.  This series of podcasts is inspiring, different, focused on today’s world and in line with the School Vision 2025.

From social entrepreneurship to finance, technological innovation and ecological transition, the podcast addresses a wide variety of topics through the extraordinary stories of these changemakers.

Four episodes are already available in French or in English:

#1 “Building a responsible food system” Guillaume FOURDINIER and Thomas BONDUELLE, both graduates of lÉSEG. With Agricool and Nextfood, they reshape production and distribution patterns, and propose an alternative food, healthier and better for the environment.

#2 « Social entrepreneurship in emerging countries » – Mélanie MOSSARD, graduate of IÉSEG in 2017 has become the go-to person in Cambodge to help startups with an impact and entrepreneurs to grow.

#3 « Towards more autonomy and trust – Montessori management » – Graduate of Grande Ecole 2007, Édouard PICK is the CEO of Groupe Clinitex, a Lille-based company specialized in the cleaning of professional premises. With his brother, he took over the company, which now has 3,500 employees.

#4 “The future of work and recruitment” – Christophe CATOIR joined Adecco as an intern in 1995 during his studies at IÉSEG School of Management. 20 years later, he is designated President at Adecco France and he is now leading the Adecco brand worldwide.

Next Episodes are already in the making and will deal with leadership, innovation, interculturalism and entrepreneurship.
