This ranking of France’s greatest talents in the financial industry rewards 200 people under the age of 40 for their qualities as technicians and experts recognized by the sector.

Private Equity & VC category

Founder and Executive Chairman of Fleet, which simplifies access, management and sustainable renewal of computers for start-ups, scale-ups and SMEs, helping you to focus on your growth, Alexandre BERRICHE (graduated from the Grande École Program in 2013) is the only Business Angel in this ranking.
Alexandre BERRICHE is also a founding member of Blue Chips, a community of investors, and is a Scout Investor for Sequoia Capital.

Asset Management category

Nina MAJSTOROVIC graduated from the Grande École Program in 2017 and is an Investment Specialist – Capital Market Strategies at Tikehau Capital. She has previously worked for internationally renowned institutions such as BNP Paribas, Amundi and Groupama AM.

Only 31 years old, Nina is the youngest winner in her category and one of the 10 youngest winners of the 2025 Ranking.

Wealth Management category

A 2018 graduate of the Grande École Program, Victorien VIVIER is a Portfolio Manager at Fluence. The firm’s youngest partner, Victorien perfectly embodies this new generation of financial specialists who are committed to reinventing wealth management and offering innovative investment solutions in line with the long-term challenges and expectations of today’s investors.
