IÉSEG welcomes the first international students of the European Business Bachelor

After the launch in September 2021 of the European Business Bachelor, a unique program in Europe born from the cooperation between IÉSEG School of Management (Paris), Sheffield Business School (Sheffield) and IQS School of Management (Barcelona), IÉSEG welcomed on its Paris – La Défense campus, at the beginning of January and for two semesters, the first class of students from Sheffield Business School.

For its first class, the European Business Bachelor welcomes a total of 31 students from 5 different nationalities (Brazil, United Kingdom, Lebanon, Spain, Poland) from the three partner institutions, all AACSB accredited.

This unique four-year program offers students the opportunity to study in three different countries and to obtain three degrees.

With courses such as International Strategy, Business Ethics and Sustainability, International Negotiation Skills, Geopolitics or Cross-Cultural Management, this program allows students to deepen their knowledge of international business while being exposed to different environments and cultures.

Students will benefit from a strong intercultural and international experience as they will study in three different countries and institutions. “In the global environment in which we live, this new Triple Bachelor in International Business responds perfectly to the needs of companies that want to recruit professionals with solid skills who will add value to organizations in their international dimension,” says Marta Vazquez, Deputy Director of International Relations.

At the end of their third year of courses, students will have a 12-week internship in the country of their choice in order to apply the knowledge acquired in class and to take on responsibilities by carrying out a project on their own. Finally, to validate their degree, students will have to conduct an end-of-studies project (“Consulting Project”) to show their capability to work in a team on a company project. This project will then be presented to a jury composed of 3 professors coming from each institution.
