First class of the Executive Mastère Spécialisé® “Transformation and Human Development Management”
On September 29, 2022, IÉSEG had the pleasure of welcoming the very first participants of its new Executive Education degree program: the Executive Mastère Spécialisé® “Transformation and Human Development Management”, whose first class is sponsored by Nicolas Hennon, Executive Director of Creadev and President of the Acts and Facts association.
This program, focused on managerial innovation, change management and sustainable development of people and organizations, is particularly adapted not only to HR experts involved in talent development and change management in companies, who wish to develop their strategic vision and leadership, but also to all operational leaders and future executives who will have to implement transformations integrating human development in their organization.
The Executive Mastère Spécialisé® ” Transformation and Human Development Management” is also accessible through the Validation of Acquired Experience (VAE).
Upon arrival on the Paris-La Défense campus, at the Paroi Nord of the Grande Arche, the participants had the opportunity to meet Bernard Coulaty, their academic director, who is also a professor of Leadership and Human Resources at IÉSEG, as well as the entire team of the IÉSEG Executive Education Department. The participants, coming from different sectors of activity (credit and online banking, brokerage, recruitment agency, service company, tourism, logistics, communication…) with an average of 12 years of professional experience, were able to familiarize themselves with their new environment and discover the course content in detail.
Bernard Coulaty, the program’s academic director, said, “We designed and built this program for HR professionals and operational managers, because both are at the forefront of the individual, managerial, and organizational transformations that companies expect in an increasingly uncertain and complex environment, but which also promises human development.”
Thus, the Executive Mastère Spécialisé® ” Transformation and Human Development Management” prepares participants to integrate the impact of the VUCA world and the future of work on the evolution of their organizations; to understand the individual and interpersonal drivers facilitating commitment and positive transformation; to develop engaging leadership and an understanding of collective and team dynamics; to challenge the internal organizational and cultural model to activate the levers of global performance; to build a positive employee experience and a strategy for attracting and developing talent; and finally, to lead change by integrating social responsibility and positioning HR as a strategic partner.
Caroline Roussel, Dean of IÉSEG, concludes: “We are very pleased to launch this innovative program, which is fully aligned with the School’s Vision, which is to train inspiring and ethical leaders of change. It is a truly differentiating program because it is based on our strong expertise in the field of Human Resources and Leadership.”
