IÉSEG Executive Education offers a Human Resources Track to coach those HR Managers and new Directors to manage these new issues.

The HR Track offers different modules (from 1 to 4 days each), dealing with HR strategy, social relations, human development, HR marketing and communication, change resistance, personal development and Social Business.

Those various modules link the global challenges of the organization to their corresponding HR challenges.
In the ‘HR Strategy’ module, the expert deals with the alignment of the HR strategy and the organization’s one, as well as the HR action plan, as a strategic tool for the company.

The ‘Human Development’ module is about the multiple steps and evolution of collaborators in the organization: recruitment, talents identification, carrier development, professional training, coaching… The aim is to gather personal satisfaction and evolution, and company’s performance.

IÉSEG experts are selected for their expertise, professional experience and/or excellence with research and pedagogy about HR topics.
