IÉSEG’s AACSB accreditation renewed for five more years

IÉSEG School of Management in France is delighted to announce that it has gained 5-year renewal of its accreditation from AACSB International — the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business.

aacsb-logo-accredited-color-rgbFounded in 1916, AACSB is the longest-serving global accrediting body for business schools, and the largest business education network connecting students, educators, and businesses worldwide. The accreditation process is a comprehensive review of a school’s mission, faculty qualifications, and curricula, and the process includes self-evaluations, peer-reviews, committee reviews etc. Accreditation ensures that students are learning material most relevant to their field of study, preparing them to be effective leaders upon graduation.

IÉSEG, which first gained in AACSB accreditation in 2013, is part of the elite group of international business schools (less than 1% in the world) that hold the “triple crown” of international accreditations (AMBA, AACSB, EQUIS).

The AACSB auditors were impressed by the School’s unique international character and its intercultural approach. They also noted its collective Vision process involving all stakeholders, the School’s new 2016-2021 strategic plan, its efforts to support innovative pedagogy, the engagement of different stakeholders, and the quality of research and programs.

Jean-Philippe Ammeux, Director of IÉSEG, welcomed this re-accreditation from the AACSB: “Accreditation is a comprehensive process which requires the School to highlight its quality and excellence at the international level. This decision will enable the School to pursue its ongoing development and its Vision for 2025: to be a unique international hub empowering changemakers for a better society.”
