IÉSEG strengthens its faculty by recruiting 17 new permanent professors

In the framework of its strategic plan for 2016-2021, IÉSEG has strengthened its faculty with the recruitment of 17 new permanent professors, with PhD/doctorates obtained in prestigious institutions in France and abroad.

This policy of strengthening the academic faculty is part of the School’s objective to offer its students a unique, intercultural pedagogical experience, and to be recognized on an international level for its research quality. The new permanent professors, 10 international and 7 French, all have teaching and research missions.

The School is made up of 122 permanent full-time professors on the Lille and Paris La Défense campuses: 81% of them are from outside of France (44 different nationalities overall), and 100% have a Doctorate or a PhD. The 17 new professor-researchers are:

Management Department (Innovation, Entrepreneurship, Human Resources, Information Systems, Operation Management).

  • Céline FLIPO, Professor in Human Resources Management and Creativity (PhD, HEC Paris).
  • Omid NOROOZI, Professor in Educational Sciences (PhD, Wageningen University).
  • Antonio GIULIANI, Professor in Entrepreneurship (PhD, University of Bologna/Pennsylvania State University).
  • Tiago RATINHO, Professor in Entrepreneurship (PhD, University of Twente).
  • Tapiwa SEREMANI, Professor in Corporate Social Responsibility (PhD, EM Lyon).
  • Ghassan YACOUB, Professor in Entrepreneurship & Design thinking (PhD, Cass Business School).

Economics and Quantitative Methods Department:

  • Simone MORICONI, Professor in Economics (PhD, Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore).
  • Thomas BAUDIN, Professor in Quantitative Methods (PhD, Ecole d’économie de Paris).

Marketing and International Negotiation Department:
