IÉSEG team named as “The Great Negotiators 2020” – TNC Negotiation Challenge
Three IÉSEG students, Inès Ounis, Frederik Dejonghe, and Antonia Tomasta from the MSc in International Business Negotiation program have won the TNC Negotiation Competition’s title of “The Great Negotiators of 2020”, tying with Harvard Law School.
This year’s edition of the TNC competition took place virtually on April 16th-18th and brought together 18 teams from around the world, as well as judges from different time zones. The teams had to respond to complex negotiation problems, and were evaluated based on their performance.
“It was a very tough challenge, with 18 teams from different international universities. We want to thank our program director, Fawaz Baddar, and our coach, Chavi Chen, for their training, support and encouragement. We are approaching the end of the course portion of our program, and are grateful to conclude it with this achievement,” explained Inès, Frederik, and Antonia.
Congratulations to the team who were also named as “”The Best Relationship Builders.”
The Negotiation Challenge (TNC) aims to gather the world’s best student negotiators and allow them to compare their negotiation skills and by doing so prepare for the complex negotiations they will face after graduation. During the event, the students compete with each other in realistic negotiation situations.
