IÉSEG Executive Education trains Adecco employees
Since 2015, IÉSEG Executive Education has been working in partnership with the Adecco Group in the framework of its Alpha program. IÉSEG and Adecco co-created a two-module training to provide high-potential employees with key elements needed to manage a team efficiently and to create value. The main goal of this training program is to hone their skills so that they can evolve in their careers.
For the third “class” of this training, Adecco identified a group of 86 new “Alphas” who will participate in this program in 2018. They will come from all over France to follow this training given by two management and leadership experts. In the two previous years, the participants (56 in 2017 and 38 in 2016) gathered in Adecco’s premises in Lyon and at IÉSEG in Paris for two four-day cycles over three weeks.
The first module taught participants to become better acquainted with the other participants and to know themselves better in order to communicate efficiently. In this way, participants were able to identify their strong points and the areas they need to work on. They also experienced different types of behavioral profiles in a group, which helped them understand and communicate clearly with their colleagues.
Once the participants had acquired the fundamentals of this first module, they attended the second in order to develop leadership skills. The goal is to understand individual motivation and employees’ collective mobilization, along with the influence of a leader’s behavior on the success of this mobilization.
