IÉSEG to launch immersive semester in Montreal as part of its Grande École Program starting January 2026
Starting in January 2026, IÉSEG School of Management will offer around 50 students from its Grande École Program the opportunity to spend their second semester of their first year in Montreal, Canada.
As part of its growing strategic partnership, IÉSEG will host this immersion program at the Canadian campus of RUBIKA—an internationally recognized institution specializing in digital creation, animation, video games, and design. IÉSEG and RUBIKA signed a global strategic partnership in 2023, strengthening their collaboration.
A unique international experience
Students will study on RUBIKA’s campus located in the vibrant Mile-End district of Montreal, a hub for creativity and innovation. This dynamic environment will offer IÉSEG students the chance to engage with a diverse international community, including those enrolled in the Bachelor in Management and Tech Design program, which was jointly launched by IÉSEG and RUBIKA in 2023.
The immersion semester will include joint courses and collaborative projects with RUBIKA students, fostering a rich academic and cultural exchange. In addition, students will benefit from classes taught by IÉSEG faculty members, local industry professionals, and on-site administrative coordinators who will provide personalized support and high-quality supervision throughout their stay.
Specific eligibility criteria
This immersive semester will be available to a select group of students (maximum of 50) who wish to enhance their international experience early in their academic journey at IÉSEG. Selection will be based on students’ rankings from the entrance exam to the first year of the Grande École Program.
A strong international focus at the core of IÉSEG’s strategy
In today’s complex global landscape, it’s more crucial than ever for students to gain meaningful, long-term international exposure. This new immersion opportunity in Canada aligns with IÉSEG’s educational mission to develop responsible future leaders who are adaptable, open-minded, and capable of working in diverse teams.
Internationalization has long been a pillar of IÉSEG’s strategy. The school was the first in France to offer a five-year Grande École Program entirely in English, and it continues to prioritize intercultural diversity. Each year, IÉSEG welcomes more than 2,500 international students and maintains academic partnerships with 336 universities across 75 countries. The school also maintains strong ties with its global alumni network and has established international offices in India, China, Colombia, and Senegal.
