Launch of a new certifying track : The strategic management of Human Resources

IÉSEG Executive Education proposes a new certifying track to coach HR managers and new HR directors to manage challenges and issues of their activity. A strategic approach of Human Resources department.

The track offers 6 modules (from 1 to 3 days each), dealing with HR strategy, human capital, organizational change management, employment branding strategy, social relations management and social business.

To get the certificate, it is necessary to participate in 4 modules, among which the HR strategy one. The modules are all independent and you can choose the way you organize the track.

The different experts selected to lead those modules have very different backgrounds.

Few examples :

  • Xavier Weppe, HR management expert and PhD in strategy leads the HR strategy module with Jacques Escouflaire, HR director, coach and consultant in several big companies for more than 30 years.
  • Julie Lambelin, social relations manager of the Oxylane international group, expert and experienced in training, deals with the challenges and legal obligations of social relations management. She proposes some key elements to take care of and some proposition to go on.
