“A passion for Faulkner”
- Short presentation: “I am Vice President for Strategic Initiatives at Western New England College with the mission is to improve international recruitment of students.”
- My background: “In my first career I was an Air Force officer, having served more than 20 years as faculty for English literature in Colorado at the U.S. Air Force Academy. I hold a PhD in English from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MBA from the University of South Dakota.”
- My favorite authors: “I am passionate about literature. My favorite is William Faulkner, but I also like Ernest Hemingway and I am especially fascinated by American authors from the south.”
- Our partnership with IESEG: “At Western New England our aim is to create a global campus. We are proud to already welcome a great number of Chinese and Indian students and we would now like to enlargen the student numbers and create more diversity by inviting European students.”
- IESEG Lille and Paris: “Lille has for me the perfect size of a city. It’s perfect to discover the life in France. The short distance to London, Brussels and Paris makes it really attractive. The Paris Campus will attract our students easily.
