IÉSEG expands its portfolio of short-term study programs with a new Winter Program

Until now, IÉSEG proposed Summer Programs designed for students willing to benefit from the School’s academic excellence and multicultural environment while enjoying Paris in the summertime. Summer Programs in various fields and themes (like Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Digital Marketing, Fashion Business…) and a 4-week International Summer Academy attract more than 100 international students from 30 countries every year.

This year, IÉSEG completes its range of short-term certificates with a brand-new one: the Winter Program (delivering a certificate from the School and 11 ECTS), designed for English-speaking students coming from all disciplines and with a strong interest in international business, European policies/institutions and intercultural management.

During this Winter Program, students will develop their knowledge about European institutions and the EU decision-making process. This program is an opportunity to develop intercultural management skills while enjoying the Parisian life and French culture through online cultural activities. Upon successful completion, participants will be up to date with the European government and policies and will also know how to effectively conduct business in Europe and internationally thanks to a better understanding of cross-cultural management skills.

The IÉSEG Winter Program lasts 4 weeks and is fully conducted online so that students from all over the world can attend it in the best teaching conditions. It is built around 3 modules:

• Europe integration: this two-week intensive course will provide students with a detailed understanding of the main European institutions and the EU decision-making process. Students will also develop critical thinking and learn how to negotiate within a European context.
• Intercultural Management: With the globalization of business, understanding culture differences has never been so important. Through this two-week intensive course, students will learn how to manage, interact and do business on the worldwide stage. This course will offer an understanding of other cultures and ethnicities as a way to improve interaction and negotiation skills with international peers.
• Cultural activities: during the IÉSEG Winter Program, students will also attend online cultural activities. This will be a unique opportunity to know more about Paris and the French culture.
