Postgraduate programs awarded the ‘Grade de Master’ by the French Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation
IÉSEG is pleased to announce that, as of this academic year (2019-2020), the French Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation has authorized the School to deliver the Grade de Master (a State-recognized degree) for eight of its specialized Postgraduate Programs (Diplôme d’Etudes Spécialisées en Management International)*.
From this point forward, students will have the option of obtaining a Master’s of Science (MSc) degree (an accreditation of the Conférence des Grandes Ecoles) and the Grade de Master.
Students entering one of these eight programs with a 4-year Bachelor’s degree or with a Master’s degree from a recognized institution will automatically be eligible for the newly awarded state-recognized ‘Grade de Master’, together with the traditional MSc when completing their studies. Those holding a 3-year Bachelor’s degree upon the beginning of their Postgraduate Program may receive the ‘Grade de Master’ on top of their MSc degree if they successfully complete the Entrepreneurship Addendum program in addition to their Postgraduate Program.
The Entrepreneurship Addendum program is made up of five courses and a collaborative project at the end of the MSc studies. Courses include:
• Technology Entrepreneurship & New Business Development
• Creative Business Modeling
• Design Thinking
• Innovation Management
• Entrepreneurial Funding
