Discover the results of the CGE 2024 integration survey

Every year, the Conférence des Grandes Écoles (CGE) launches a survey to analyze the integration of young graduates into the job market. This study enables them to promote the education provided by French Grandes Écoles and the recognition of their degrees among companies.
Once again this year, more than 30 business schools took part in the survey. Conducted during the 1st quarter of 2024 among graduates of the 2023 Grande École Program, the results of the CGE 2024 Job Entry Survey are back to pre-pandemic levels. It confirms that young IÉSEG graduates continue to do very well in a wide variety of companies, and join different business sectors. The professional integration of 2023 graduates of IÉSEG’s Grande École Program remains at a very high level.
- In fact, 94.6% of graduates found their first job less than 4 months after graduation (over 70% of graduates were recruited before graduation), and 79.6% signed a permanent contract.
- Average gross annual salary upon graduation (France and international, including bonuses) was 49,604 euros. Moreover, 17.6% of young graduates began their careers abroad.
- Last but not least, more than a third of graduates now hold a CSR-related position, whether in the environmental, societal or ethical fields…
