Results of the 2019 survey of young graduates from IÉSEG
In 2019, more than 30 French Business/Management Schools, including IÉSEG, took part in a survey led by the Conférence des Grandes Écoles (CGE) relating to the recruitment of young graduates from the French Grandes Écoles.
Here are some of the key figures concerning graduates from IÉSEG’s Grande École (GE) Master in management program (the survey was conducted in the first months of the year with graduates from the 2018 promotion of the GE program):
- Time taken to find first job: 90.9% of those graduates in work surveyed found their first job either before leaving the School (79,2%) or within two months of leaving (11,7 %).
- Salaries: The average annual salary (bonus included) of young IÉSEG graduates was 42 076€.
- International dimension: more than one-quarter (26,8 %) of young graduates began their careers abroad while 58% have a function linked with international activities.
