Prior to joining IÉSEG, I was working in business development. I wanted to follow a Master’s in the field of International Business to enable me to get a deeper insight into the business world and to progress my career.

I was attracted to IÉSEG, as it is one of the leading schools in France, it has a strong corporate network with companies like Decathlon, Auchan, Adeo, and because of the international experience I will gain. Students and professors come from all over the world and have experiences that cross sectors, industries & continents.  This will help me develop my interpersonal skills & gain a more inter-cultural perspective on business.

The Master of Science in International Business (MIB) offers a wide range of courses that will help make me a strong candidate for jobs requiring an international profile to carry out missions in Europe, or on other continents. All in all, this is a great program to come out of your comfort zone and gain first-hand knowledge in different topics. Furthermore, Lille is definitely one of my favorite cities in France.

When I finish the courses, I’m hoping to do an internship either as a Business Development Manager or as an International Recruitment Officer. But in the longer term, my aim is to become a Human capital consultant to manage change within organizations.
