Yoga was one of the quick wins announced on July 9. It has been launched as a test between September and December 2015. It proved so successful that it has been decided to prolong it, and it started again in January!

2 slots of 1 hour are proposed weekly on each campus. Do not hesitate to join!

Adelin, Yoga To learn a bit more about Yoga at IESEG, here’s the view of the ‘expert’, Adeline, our Yoga trainer on the Paris campus:

Adeline, what do you think about the initiative of IESEG proposing yoga training for its staff members?

I find this initiative really interesting and definitely innovative. I think that it will be benefit people both on the short and on the long term. They tell me that it helps them feel better in their own body, which is crucial, and be more peaceful as they have some time for themselves right in the middle of a busy working day.

I also believe that Yoga permits better collective work, because of what it enables people to learn on themselves. This improvement in well-being and concentration that are linked to practicing Yoga actually allows a higher level of openness to others.

It would seem like participants do enjoy these Yoga sessions, given the feedbacks that we have received:

  3. It allows to know people from other services better
  4. It encourages transversal work
  5. It encourages team spirit
  6. It’s a break in the day to come back with energy
