MBA – Leadership and Coding Track

Building on a fully integrated program, combining management and coding courses, our MBA in digital transformation is structured in a set of modules that aims to equip managers with a comprehensive and integrated set of skills in two main categories: learn to lead and learn to code.

The MBA faculty is a mix of both internal and external professors who come from diverse academic, international and professional backgrounds. They are experts in their fields, passionate about teaching and providing support to participants so that they can achieve their full potential.

The Hub supports participants’ future personal development and career objectives through a customizable personal and career growth program, corporate events, and learning expeditions.

The program includes two learning expeditions, designed to foster the discovery of new ways of doing business in other contexts and cultures. The destinations are carefully chosen to ensure that participants can further develop and practice the program’s key competences by taking part in deep experiential learning. Both learning expeditions take place over five days.
